These blinking balloon lights are safer than candles for creating ambiance and can be reused over and over again for all your parties. Blinky Bloons are easy to use...just turn one on, drop it in a balloon, then fill it with helium or blow it up as usual. The Set of 16 Blinky Bloons Party Lights includes 4 red, 4 yellow, 4 green and 4 blue. Each requires 3 replaceable button-cell batteries (included). Each measures approx. 1-1/8" x 1/2" dia. This set also includes sixteen 12" balloons to get you started.

Please note if the light doesn't work after removing the pull tab, simply unscrew all the way and remove the plastic wrap that is holding the 3 batteries together then put the batteries back in the same way they came out.
